Exclamation 1998 Camry V6 Heating issue

Good Morning All,
I do have a 1998 Camry V6 3.0 Engine. In 2021 I replaced Thermostat and ECT sensor along with the radiator fluid. Later It developed the heating issue. When I drive the car, the engine reaches regular temperature after some time. When I turned on the A/C, it works well for the first 15 or 20 minutes. Later the engine temperature is going up above the normal threshold. Sometimes the fans are not running when I turn off the A/C. To mitigate this issue I flushed the radiator fluid twice. Still, there is no luck. The mechanic doesn't have any idea about the whole system. He is saying the relays might be bad. I don't want to rely on his advice. I need your support to tackle this issue. I reviewed the below post. But I didn't get the proper info.

So I posted it again> Please guide me on how to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

The fans come on with the A/C, yes?
Why did you replace the ECT switch and T stat?
The previous post from this forum, you checked all those things as well?

Suggest getting a wiring diagram. The fan controls are straight forward enough if one has a wiring diagram and confusing if not. There are 3 relays.

Toyota has a technical website called techinfo.toyota.com. For $20 one can get access for 2 days to all service info for you car..

The fans come on with A/C. But they are stopping after some time. The Engine heat goes above the normal threshold after we run the A/C for more than 20 minutes. But I didn't find this behavior when the A/C is turned off.

The fans will turn on/off with the engagement of the A/C compressor which cycles on and off when the A/C system is turned on..

Did you find a wiring diagram?

Hello Sir,

I didn't get the wiring diagram. I started to diagnose the cause from the start. In the coolant system radiator cap is the first one. So I changed the cap. Right now the engine is not overheating after 30 minutes when A/C is ON. I want to test it for another 2 days. I will update the status here. Thank You.

Today I drove my vehicle for more than 30 miles and there is no sign of overheating. With this experience, I came to know the radiator cap leak causes the engine to overheat. I think it will help fellow members to diagnose their overheating issues. If there is any change in the current condition I will post the info. Thank You all for your kind support.

It's bad news from my side. Today I drove more than 50 miles and in the evening the temperature gauge moved above normal. That means the issue still persists. I will get the wiring diagram. I need some help how to use it to nail down this issue. Thank You.

Can you share a pic of the wiring diagram? I'm not the best at those but I'll try.
