Default 2006 Camry LE smoking after sitting overnight

Good afternoon everyone,
I have 2006 Toyota Camry with 166k miles on it. The car drivers and shifts really good.
I noticed that buff of a bluish/grayish smoke from the exhaust at startup only. I replaced the CVP but nothing changed. I know its possibly cylinder ring or stem valve seal. Is it worth it to fix it ? Any solution?

Might be valve stem seals.

Can you DIY for repairs or will a shop being doing the work? There are two ways to replace the seals and both are very time consuming and involved.

A shop. What's the average fee for replacing the seals ?

$1800+.

The normal way is to remove the cylinder head. Another way is to change the seals with the head on. Both ways require a LOT of hours to accomplish which makes for a high repair cost. The parts themselves are under $40..
