Default Does Brown's Gas work?

I read about Brown's Gas online (www.ibuylessgas.com) and want to know if anyone has input on whether it works or not. I have a 99 Camry and don't want to mess it up. Any input on this would be helpful. Thanks!

Suggest you avoid this type of thing. It does not produce enough gas to be effective.

The car is self-contained the only energy source is gasoline; it powers the engine, which powers alternator that powers this device.

The water may be free but the energy is not. You cannot get something for nothing.
