Default Dome light and clock not working, ruff running and stalls when driving.

Replaced battery in '09 Camry, now it runs rough/engine shaking and will stall out while driving like it's out of gas. The interior dome lights and clock not working, gauges and dash lights flicker. Dose anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? I'm going to try to reset ECU by disconnecting the negative battery cable. Any other possibilities? I have checked all fuses both under the hood and dash.

The computer needs to relearn idle speed.

Meantime try cleaning the throttle body. The internet will have videos on this.

Get the idle OK and the other electrical issues may go away.
