Default Digital Clock not working

I just purchased a used 2000 in pretty decent shape. The dash clock is black and the daytime running light dash light comes on and off. Does anyone know where the fuse to the clock would be and what would cause the running light indicator light to go on and off?

Downloaded the manual. Found out about the running light thing. The fuse for the clock is for the dash lights plus other things also which are all working.

Up date. I tried the remote mirrors to see if they worked and the dash clock came on for a few seconds then went off again. The remote mirrors work haven't tried the Cig lighter. What could the problem be with the clock?

Hard to say without a wiring diagram. Did you check/replace fuses? Here's the body electrical manual:
