Check your oil pressure sending unit. I had a 91 that changed its own oil every few weeks. I was told it was a rear main seal leak and it seemed right but then I noticed a drip coming from the boot that covered the sending unit. I changed that and it went from leaking a quart of oil every 2 or 3 days to a quart every 3 or 4 months.
