Default Gnashing /rattling noise

Hello everyone,

I recently installed an AC in my 2005 Toyota Camry, but I’ve noticed that the car vibrates excessively when the AC is running. While trying to diagnose the issue, the engine began making a rattling/grinding noise, and now it shuts off immediately after starting.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone have suggestions on what might be causing these issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Find the A/C compressor and unplug the electrical connection to it to keep it turned off. Youttube may have videos of changing the compressor which includes disconnecting the wiring.

Approximately where is the noise coming from?

Feel around the areas of the A/C pulley, water pump pulley and others for pulleys as in a bad bearing.
..
Check engine oil for the proper amount level and any signs of metal on the stick.

If this car has hydraulic power steering check the power steering fluid level. .
