My battery died 3 days ago. Left it at a friends house, jump started it today. It started, but the speed won't go over 10 mph. It feels like I am driving on neutral. HELP please.

 

Does the engine have drive-by-wire (no throttle cable)? If so, the dead battery may have caused the engine computer to malfunction.

Try driving for a time with a few engine starts thrown in. Typically the computer will reset itself after driving a while. If not take the car to the dealer.

If the check engine light comes on there could be an issue with the throttle system or a blown fuse.
