Default Maintenance Advice, please

So, I just got my parents' old 2005 toyota camry, with 113K on it. I read the manual, then found out that they have done NO maintenance on it since 30,000 miles. No check-ups, tune-ups, nothing, except for changing the oil.

What are the major things that need replacing/checking? I've already done the breaks (they started to produce a burning smell).

I'm most worried about the timing belt, but it's expensive. How urgent is replacing that?
