Unhappy Porous lower Engine Block

I purchased Camry LE 2009 in July 2008. After 4 months, I observed that there was some oil leakage from engine. My Dealer was not able to find the fault 2 times. Third time deler replaced found that the lower engine block was porous.

After eplacing the porous lower engine block, my car's engine sound is not as that of it was before. The sound of injector is more as that of before the replacement of Engine Block. Dealer said that the engine sound is normal. But I am afraid if anything is wrong in the engine.

Everything else is fine like performence. Only the injector sound can be heard in the cabin after driving some miles. Is this normal or does any one faced the same situation?

Suggestions welcome.

Thank You.
