Default Rattling sound

Hello, I have a 2011 Camry with about 150000 miles and when I start it it makes a rattling noise for a few seconds and also the rpms go up in those few seconds as well and then it normalizes. Also when I turn it will make the same rattling noise. It also recently has started dying when I’m driving if I come to a stop the it will die. Anybody know what’s going on??

Rattling could be a worn timing chain tensioner.

For dying issues try cleaning the throttle body.
