Default Replaced IAC, now won't start

I have a 93 2.2 LE. I pulled off the throttle body and then removed the IAC. I put on a brand new IAC and put everything back in its place. I started the car and after about 2 minutes of idling it died. Now it will not start at all. I cleaned the IAC sensor and the MAF sensor. I turned the key to on for 2 minutes and then off as I was told this reset the ECU and still nothing. I am stumped, any ideas?

Did you disconnect the battery when installing the IAC valve? Disconnecting the battery can cause issues that will eventually self correct. Turning ign key on for long periods does nothing and is not recommended.

Did the engine start and operate OK with the old part?

Make sure the IAC valve has coolant running through it?

Could be a bad valve. See private message.
