My 03 Camry has a low idle and it makes the engine vibrate. It's idlelingat300 in Park and 280 in Drive. The is no engine light.

Please help!

 

I am having similar issue on a 02 Camry LE V4. The engine vibration gets worse when you turn on the fan or AC. Are you experiencing a similar issue?

I have been told the possible solution is cleaning or changing the throttle body... Can anyone confirm this as it is an expensive part to change.

 

Try that first - plus clean the IAC which is right near the throttle body
