I just replace the AC compressor on my Camry. When I am driving down the road at a speed faster that 55mph I feel this slight subtle jerk when the AC is on. No missing or jerking with the AC off or while driving at a lower speed. What could be the cause of this?

The A/C compressor doesn't run constantly but turns on and off. Any link between the jerk and the compressor turning on?
