Default 06 Camry Right Rear Noise

My 06 Camry has been making a funny noise now and then coming from the right, rear wheel. The weird part is that it will be there for maybe a day or two, and then nothing for months. I just changed the tires and it's back. I think it might be something that is loose, occasionally hits the rotor or something, and spins around a bit. Then maybe by chance it gets jammed up so the noise disappears for a while...

Before I take the wheel off and disassemble stuff to go looking, I recorded the noise in the following sound clip (sorry for the poor quality):

Any help is appreciated!

Check if splash shield behind the rotor is rubbing on the rotor. It can get bent and rub.

The rear rotor incorporates a brake drum for the emergency brake,, determine if a shoe or a retraction spring is rubbing on the drum.
