When I start car using push button start, there is a buzzing noise in dash near change drawer (left of sterring column) between the time I press button and the car starts. While I am driving, I also here a very light buzzing from the same area but not as loud as when I start the car. It seems the buzzing at startup is associated with the steering column lock release prior to start up. Possible bad switch, relay or solenoid??

 

The steering lock system may have a small motor, could be this motor is making the noise.
