Default 09 Camry radiator fans stopped spinning

Hello,

My 09 2.4l Camry's radiator fans stopped spinning. Now I see coolant everywhere, is this typical when the fans stopped spinning?

I checked the fuse box diagram.

I see FAN No.2 with a Toyota 90084-98032 Relay Fan. NO.3 with a Toyota 90080-87026 Relay Fan NO.1 with a Toyota 90080-87026 Relay

I reseated these relays but it made no difference.

On the diagram I also see RDI FAN 40A however all I see is a big blue multi fuse labeled 82620-33030 in that spot

Could that big blue multi fuse be the fuse for the radiator fans?

Anyone experience this before and know the correct fuse or relay I should be checking?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Blue RDI fuse powers both fans. The fuse powers the radiator fan when No 1 relay is on. It powers the condenser fan when No 2 relay is off.

The engine coolant temp sensor send coolant temp to the computer which controls the fan relays.

Hey thank you for the reply, I understand how it all works together now. Makes me think it could be a few things going bad.

Question though, so is the big blue multi fuse the fuse for the radiator fans? According to the diagram the RDI fan fuse is supposed to be right where those two long blue fuses are next to the guys hand:

40A RDI fuse goes to No 1 relay switch as stated.

40A CDS fuse goes to No 3 relay switch. When switch is closed (relay powered). Power goes to the A/C condenser radiator fan. Then to the relay switch of No 2 relay.

Note relay switch No 2 is constructed as follows:

The relay switch arm connects to the relay socket pin going to the condenser fan motor. negative side (-12v). When the switch is on (relay powered and switch closed), the switch arm connects to a socket pin going to ground.

When the solenoid is not powered (switch open). The arm connected to the .condenser fan connects to a pin going to the power side (+12v) of the radiator fan motor.
