RE: 1991 Camry Fuel system
I would first see if it will idle when warm. That could tell you if a temp sensor is bad. Try to keep it running long enough to fully warm and see howit idles. Bad idle could also be caused by leaking EGR valve. That can be cleaned. I understand that these throttle bodies also get dirty. You can spray some cat safe carb cleaner into the square hole just inside the TB opening as well as around the butterfly valve. If this works then you may not have to take off the TB to clean it - if that is the problem.

Well Thanks for all the help Pedro...It did end up being a leaky EGR valve..I changed it and it runs like new..Although I changed alot of parts throughout this that didn't cause the problem ie: plugs, wires and dist cap I figured that they will need changing soon anyway...SO it ended up being the coil and EGR not the fuel pump!! HAHA..You were right..Thanks again for all of your help.

RE: 1991 Camry Fuel system
Glad to help. Just FYI, I have never replaced an EGR, just pulled them and cleaned them. It is a pain though as I find you need to use mechanical action as well as chemical cleaner. Access to the valve seat is always a problem. But if you need to get back on the road quick and $ is no problem replacement is the way to go.
