I have a 1997 camry with 177,000. I get a random voltage spike and the same time battery light and abs light will come on and stay on or sometimes flash. The lights get brighter, wipers move faster, blower motor speed increases, cd player will cut out. Seems to happen more when accelerating but issue will start when at idle also. I have installed a new battery and alternator chasing this problem. Belts are tight. Any Ideas?

 

I was sitting in the car in my driveway--at idle battery light pulsing give it a little gas, Abs light and battery light on steady but this will happen intermitently more often then not.
