Default 2000 Camry V6 went through puddle. P0300, P0302, P0305

Hello folks,
I went through a small puddle a couple months ago. Stopped at light, took a right and the puddle just went up in my passenger side front wheel well.

The car started sputtering right after I went through it. Now she studders when I try to accelerate, slows right down on hills and the check eng. light comes on at times and even blinks.

I had the codes checked out. P0300, P0302, P0305 and P0171 (the 171 has been there for longer than this issue).
Last year I replaced all the plugs, front O2 sensor and cleaned the MAS because of other codes.

I figured I'ld start with the front plugs and see how it goes but figured I should check in with you guys and see if theres something this situation points to.

thanks
Tim

If the problem started right after the puddle, spray electrical contact cleaner inside all connectors on the passengers side area. Things like crank and cam sensor electrical plug connections and harness plugs.

If you use WD-40, use their electrical contact cleaner spray, not the regular WD-40 in the blue can.
