Default 2001 Camry Intermittent problem starting after driving for a while

Okay, so we had a check engine light on. Took it in and were told the error code was 02 Sensor. Changed out the 02 sensor. Check engine light was reset. 20 minutes later the check engine light came on...was told drive it for a while and it will go out...

Now past month I will drive the car for a while. Stop turn engine off. Come back a while later and engine won't start. Wait 1/2 to 1 hour and the engine will start.

Changed the Battery because that was bad. Everytime I call the shop and tell them it won't start, when they come to get it, it starts. They have not been able to replicate the problem...with exception of one time...but like me 1/2 hour later they were able to start it.

I'm wondering if it is a Fuel Pump Problem, Fuel Sensor Problem or if it is the 02 sensor that was changed but light still not going off.

I am pulling my hair out...any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you say engine won't start, do you mean the engine turns over and does not fire?
