When the car hasn't been driven for a little bit and going 15 to 25 mph it jerks when switching gears and then when playing with the gas pump on the free way it feels like there might be a little bit of putter and sometimes it feels like it grabs a little bit more then other times when pressing on the gas a little bit I dunno if all these problems are related or what's going on honestly just really wish I could take this car on a road trip. 200 miles ago it had new spark plugs, new fluids, and a cv joint replaced codes ran nothing comes up also a mechanic took a look under the hood and said it seems fine. So what do you all think maybe I need to drive it some more and the computer will tune it? Also the car had been sitting for a long time I think around 4 years.

 

Does your area only sell ethanol? If so did you change out the fuel in the tank as ethanol can go bad after 4 years. Water can also collect at the bottom of the tank.
