Default 2009 Camry a/c question

Hi! New guy here, chasing down a/c problems.

Alldata shows something called an MGC relay as part of the a/c system. EVERYTHING mechanical in the system has been replaced over the last two years trying to chase down why the system doesn't work. Compressor, clutch, evap, all failed one by one and have been swapped. It works for a while, then goes out. We even changed out the AC Amplifier to no avail.
So... where is this MGC relay? It's not in the engine compartment fuse panel (this car has the type with the long blue fuse blocks)

MGC is part of the integration relay
