Default 2009 Toyota Camry with a 4cyl looking for better mpg and wee bit faster

I have a 2009 toyota camry with a 4cyl. Looking to go faster and get mpg lol. oximoron if i may but anyways. i was looking to see what you guys have done to get better mpg out of your cars. I was also wondering if a muffler would help lowering my car and cai and some e3 plugs thats all i can think of to make it better.

I think that's what the V6 is for. If Toyota could get more power from the I 4 without giving up something in a 4 cyl sedan they would. Combustion control in modern engines is so good that there is little difference in mileage between a 6 and a 4. Weight, friction loss in the extrra parts, and the tendency for a 6 owner to boot it more without being aware of it make the slight difference.
