2012 Camry OEM Daytime Running Lights stuck ON
Newbie to this forum but a long time Camry owner.
Having a strange issue with the OEM DRL's. I noticed one day that the right DRL light was burned out. A day or two later noticed that the left DRL light wouldn't turn OFF! Car was OFF, key was out, light switch in the OFF position.
Here's what I know so far:
1. high beam still works on the left side
2. bulb on the right side is still good! tested it on the left side. I'm not getting any voltage (high or low beam) on the right side.
3. I see about 4.2V on the left side all the time (DRL setting) and 12V with the high beams ON. I have to leave it unplugged to turn OFF.
Any idea where the DRL relay or module is located? or what else I can check?
Thanks in advance...

This is pretty strange as I would figure that both lights would be effected as they should run on the same circuit.
I wonder if the relay is not functioning or has burned out. I would test the the connections at the relay for starters.
