Default 2013 Trunk Liner Removal

I'm trying to remove the trunk liner on my new 2013 Camry SE to get to the brake wiring so I can install a 4-pin trailer connector for my bike rack. My bike totally block the taillights when loaded, so I need some repeaters on the rack.

I removed a half-dozen push pins with the center that pops-out, then pull the pin out. I'm familiar with those. However, there are a couple pins that do not have the retractable center. Do I just pull hard on those?

Also there appears to be two plastic anchor hooks, one on each side of the trunk. Any ideas on removing those?

In addition, I removed some push-pins from the plastic trunk threshold, but it is still attached underneath. Are there pins molded into the panel on the back side?

I'm sure I could ham-fist them and get them out, but I am older/wiser/more patient/lazier and could use a couple nuggets of info.

Thanks,

James

OK, I figured-out that the pins without the retractable center post simply pull-out. I ran a zip-tie through the slot in the head of the pin to use as a "handle" and just pulled-out gently.

Still not sure how to remove the plastic cargo-net hooks or the plastic trunk threshold.
