80% of the time on cold startup the engine runs rough for about 5-10 seconds and smooths out and runs fine. 60k miles. Any ideas what to look for?

An update to this,
My wife was driving and recently on a 27deg morning the CEL came on and the car logged a C1201 and Po301 code. Then the CEL went out after a 10 minute drive. Still runs fine warm.
Theres lots of possibilities on the 301. I guess Ill start working down through the list. If anyone has a most “common” to start, much appreciated.

 

At cold start problems check the exhaust for a gas smell.

 

if a rich gas smell is present what would you think the cause is?

 

Too much fuel. Injector leaking down overnight.

Cold be the coolant sensor for the computer has issues.

What happens if you give the engine some gas pedal during the 5-19 seconds?
