Default 4-cyl Coolant Drain Location

Hey - getting ready to flush my coolant and am looking for the engine block drain on a 99' 4-cyl. Having trouble finding it anyone got a map?

Thanks,

Default RE: 4-cyl Coolant Drain Location

It's a pain to get to. Located on firewall side of engine underneath the intake manifold. I used to do my own flushes but decided it wasn't worth all the trouble. I'd get it done at a shop with a flush machine, then just drain rad once per year and refill with 50/50 pre-mix to keep fluid clean and Ph level correct.
