I heard there was a recall on these power door lock ecu's causing the doors to "weld" shut. You can't even open them manually. I ran my vin with the dealership and they said the recall had already been done like 10 years ago. Guess that didn't solve the problem. I was wondering if i can replace the power door ecu with a new one myself? I heard its located behind the glove box. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
