89 toyota camry, how do I take this apart?
The windshield wipers are having an issue. I can hear the motor running correctly when I run the wipers, but they're not moving. So it looks like one of the joints on the windshield wiper arm contraption has come apart.
It should be an easy fix. But how does this come apart? I can't figure out what to take off to get to those arms.
