Default 91 camry wont start

the car was running and driving before. the fuel filter i had just changed the car was running fine on idle but was sputtering while i was flooring it because the fuel filter wasnt fully tightened so i tightened it up that was later, but the first problem was when i got it home it wouldnt start again well one starter bolt broke in the transmission housing so i drilled that out because i thought it was the starter. all the car is doing i can hear it pushing the engine over and over but it wont start... i took the #1 cyl plug out and put it on the exhaust manifold and it sparked. and when i pulled all the plugs out it was flooded. well that was yesterday i put a new battery in today same results... the only thing i think may have changed between the time was my brother was playing with magnets around the MAF but i am not sure if that would cause the car to flood? or if theirs another problem or whats going on.. eeek!
