Default 93 camry intermittently won't start

Okay. I am being driven crazy. Went out yesterday car would not start. Tried turn key over a couple of times and heard nothing and then I heard a vvvmp vvmp, the turned key again and car started. Was fine the rest of the day. Got up this morning, car fired right up. Went and got some gas. Went to pick up my mom. Turned car off for 5 minutes. Turned key and nothing no sound or anything. Waited 5 mins, then vvvmp vvmp starts. Drove home 2miles. Turned car off. Try to start again and it fired right up. Any ideas?

Start by cleaning battery terminals and starter connections. Check Alt belt tension.
