Default 98 Camry Engine Immobilizer

Okay so I've got my dad's 98 Camry while I'm in class and right as I'm about to graduate all of this happens. I fell asleep with the lights on in my driveway and the battery died. When I jumped it off the next day, the alarm started going off and all of the lights started flashing. I took the horn fuse out so That I don't go insane. I also found out that the keys my dad has/had for it were never the original transponder keys (he bought it used). I guess my question is, does anyone know a way around this other than having to tow the thing to a Toyota dealer and have them reprogram the ECU?

Nevermind guys, we found a harness under the dash and unplugged it and the car started right up.
