I have a 99 camry 2.2 with 270k miles and it has an intermittent misfire at idle in drive when stopped at a light etc. There are no codes or lights on I have replaced the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, the IAT sensor, the ECT sensor, and the IAC. the plug wires were replaced about a year ago the car idles and runs better when not misfiring but still has the same issue. any help would be appreciated

 

How does the engine run when cold and hot, accelerating, accelerating hard?

Is the miss any worse in the rain or damp weather?

How is MPG, any worse after miss started?
