Anyone know anything about a 2001 XLE Collector's Edition?

I'm trying to sell my mom's car but I have no idea what makesthe car sospecial. It seems like a regular XLE to me except with a Collector's Edition badge. Anyone care to enlighten me on this?

two tone paint, wood grain steering wheel and accents.
Aside from that nothing much else i dont think...
Its just a nother step closer to the lexus es300...

Mannnn if i had the cash i'd probably buy that off of you. haha.
