Default Blower motor

Hello I posted this messagein the wrong place and will never do it again OOOOOK I recently purchesd a 2000 camry with 95000 miles and the blower motor only works only on high speed and has a nasty vibration. What is the easiest way to remove the blower motor ? Thanks for your help.

just look under the glove box, you'll see a circular housing held by three gold screws. disconnect the two wire connector and remove the three gold screw. the motor should fall down.. the speed problem sound like a blower resistor burned out..the resistor is just left of the motor...i think? or somewhere around the motor..

Thanks for the help. I replaced the fan resitor up under the glove box and the fan runs at all speeds and does not vibrate any longer <bought the resister at theAutoZone for 21 bucks>
