Both Headlights Not Working

I have a 2001, both headlights and DRLs stopped working. I checked the fuses and the headlight relay. No fuses were blown and I tried swapping the relays to no effect. Any help?

You check all the fuses, low and high beam (R and L), DRL No 2, Dome and Gauge fuses.

All relays, this system may have at least 4.
