Get one of those fake bullet hole stick on's and plug it with another bullet.

Ihavent heard anybody asking to patch a bullet hole before...
I dont really have any suggestions but nodrogkam's comment seems rational.

patch it just like any other hole. but, your full of it any way some thing tells me if you got a bullet through the hood the hole is the last thing you'd be worried about.
