Default camry 2012 Spiral Cable Clock Spring replacement

Hi everyone,
Recently I realized that my 2012 Camry LE Horn stopped working. The same time my cruise control and audio control on the steering wheel stopped working. I am requesting help from this forum. I searched the web and seems like my spiral cable stopped working. Is there a way to be sure that my spiral cable is bad. Also where can it be purchased and if the after market is a good choice? Thanks for help

These systems have nothing in common except the clock spring.

Could check hose fuse.

A cheap part is around $30. Toyota brand is best but over $200. Determine if "Doorman" makes the part which is middle priced.

if you end up needing a new clock spring go to this place I got mine from https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/ . I like them since they have all O.E. parts but really cheap compared to the dealers.
I stay with OEM parts always.
