cant open driver door

92 camry manual door locks
it was cold out and i pulled on the handle and the inside piece broke off so the handle just moves but doesnt do anything, i opened the door from inside but after a couple of trys now it doesnt. the lock wont move to the unlock position, so i cant open the door now, how can i open the door? or take the panel off?
