dark spots on white car
2012 white camry has dark circle spots appearing on rear outside pillars, tried waxing-helps but comes back. Already waxed off the protective coating. Looks like dark dirt or smudges.

not sure about it being tar, unless it's just a light film. Don't have the bar, DW-40 will work if its tar.
