Default 2011 New camry. got white spots on the car (LOST PAINT)

Hi friends,
I got new camry two months ago . I lost paint(got white spots) on the car with in 40 days. I refer other people not to buy toyota as they were not maintaining the quality.

When i took my car to the dealer he promised me that he will get a new brand paint. He painted my car two time and i am not satisfied with their work as they spoiled my car. got up and down on the paint.
I am very much worried abt my new car.
Is there any way to return my car.

Can you please tell me what should i do now?

Thanks
Praveen

Might also express you concerns at the Toyotanation website.

What area is the paint common off of?

Which state do you live in?

Some states have arbitration for warranty repair issues but don't think NC is one of them. Check with your states attorney's general or consumer affairs office.

The dealer will most likely resist al efforts to return the car.

Some owners have had paint come off in back of the sun roof.

Have you voiced your concerns to Toyota Corp customer service? There should be a phone number in the owners manual. An area rep may look at the car and voice their opinion. You might get some satisfaction with this method but would not be overly optimistic.

Did the dealer paint the complete car or just the areas where the paint came off?

Might also ask for advice at the Toyotanation website.
