Default Clock, power mirrors, cigarette lighter not working - 99 Camry

Problem started when a charger broke inside of cigarette lighter and metal pieces were in lighter at least a day before I noticed. I have done some web searching and found that the easiest thing to do is to check fuses. I have checked the 15amp CIG fuse behind coin tray and swapped to be sure. I have also checked the 40a that is shaped like a square. I an unfamiliar with these but all looked well. I checked 15a fuses in engine bay and they look well. Since I am saving to get brakes done, new struts and tires before winter, I hope to find a way to fix these myself. I know this topic has been touched on before but I couldn't find the posts that would help me.

Have you removed/fixed the metal pieces in the lighter to prevent future shorts?

Check CIG, Panel, Dome, AM1 fuses.

Yes, I have removed all pieces. I will check those other fuses you mentioned, but more than likely that will be tomorrow. Thanks for the response and I look forward to a fix and more forum activity. I do not intend on getting rid of my car anytime soon which is why I have decided to fix as many things as possible.

OK this is very embarrassing. So when I took your suggestion to check other fuses than what I have read about on the internet, I realized that I was looking at the fuse box diagram wrong. Part of my fuse box was obstructed by a foam covered thing and I didn't realize my fuse box behind the coin tray was larger than I had thought. Before I had simply looked at the fuse diagram and saw 15a Cig fuse was in the right corner. With the obstructed view I thought the "FOG" fuse was the right corner.
I am happy to say it was a simple fix once I found the bad fuse and a learning experience to look at things closer. @Toyomoho Your suggestion is what lead me to discover my mistake. Thank you for the help.
