Question Distributor cap seal

Hi - I pulled my distributor to replace the ignition coil on my 95 4cyl camry. I replaced the distributor O-ring. I am confused as to what is applied to the new ignition coil. It says seal packing - is that just FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) ? Or is it an actual seal. Also I
cant find a new distributor cap seal anywhere. I tried Toyota, NAPA, Autozone, and Pep Boys. It tore when I removed the ignition coil. Does anyone know where to get this or should I just use FIPG for that as well?
Thanks

out of the 5 times I have changed the cap, rotor and wires I never bought parts from the dealer and none of the aftermarket caps ever came with a seal
