I have a 2007 Camry LE. When the gear shift is put in park, the doors automatically unlock. If I press the button to re-lock the doors from the insidewhen the car is turned off, the alarm is activated. This happens whether or not the key is in the ignition. Is there any way around this?

I don't want the doors to automatically unlock when I put the car in park and I want to be able to manually lock the doors from the inside without activating the alarm.

good to the dealer and they can't customize the door lock system...
