Default driving(fog) lights not on

as a driver of my car i rarely see what the outside of my car looks like when its on
the other night i thought id like to see what my headlights look like from the outside. when i hoped out i noticed my driving lights "those small ones in the front bumper on the sportivo and azura models. or what not.. wernt on......so i thought i must have to turn the stalk to a different position and they still dotn turn on. i looked in the manual and it dosnt mention how to turn them on
ive never noticed this

short........how do i turn them on?

My car is a 2002 model and the fog lamps are turned on by an external switch..but then again, mines was hooked up as an option, maybe urs was factory and the bulbs might be out because if you were to turn on ur fog lights (orange ones on the headlamps) then those ones should also turn on.

Yea it could very well be a wiring issue, thats the first thing I noticed about my 94 LE was that the fog lights werent working, and I checked and the manual had nothing on them, so I poked around and found the wiring was shot to hell. I ended up rewiring the entire thing.
