Default Gurggling Heater Core

So I replaced the radiator on my '02 Camry 2.4L LE and had a hard time bleeding the extra air out afterwards. Finally after purchasing the special funnel and bleeding it that way I had no more problems with overheating. But now, when I'm sitting at the light after getting off the interstate, I can hear a slight gurgling sound coming from the heater core under the dash. If I only drive around town I don't here it, only after driving sustained 65+ for a few minutes. Obviously there's still a little air left in there, my question is: doesn't the thermostat on the vehicle have an automatic bleeder valve? In which case, wouldn't the air slowly work its way out on its own? As the temperature is now stable, should I be worried?
Appreciate any insight you might have.

You probably did not get rid of all of the air from the system. As long as the heater is working, the air bubble eventually goes away.

That's kind of what I was thinking/hoping. Car runs smoother with the tow package extra large radiator. With it getting cold out now I'll make sure to keep running the heater and that should help too.
Thanks for your input!
