Default HID Flickering

I bought a Xentec HID kit for my 10' Camry. They look great, but when I pull up to the garage, I can see them flicker. They jump a bit. I can also see it if it's really dark without streetlights.

That was a direct in, and then out of the ballast. So then, I bought the harness kit and went directly to the battery but didn't resolve the issue. The kit was cheap which I understand, but my question is if there is a kit that you guys use that may cost more but works good. If there is a solution to my issue, then great.

I'm also open to using regular PnP headlights (halogen) or even LED? I'm not sure what wattage range to stay in though. I think right now (factory bulbs) are around 55w, but I see bulbs that are up over 100w. Would that be a bad idea? Would it melt anything? I do know my HID's got REALLY hot but didn't really harm anything.

I guess I'm looking to keep the real, "white" look or as similar to HID as possible. Toyota puts these great projector lenses on the Camry, but don't offer factory HID options. (smh). Any suggestions would be great.
