How Do I Access Dashboard Light?

I have a 2003 Camry LE and the bulb that illuminates the airflow diverter (rotary **** that diverts air to dashboard, footwell, vent, etc) burned out. Does anyone know how to access this bulb so it can be replaced? Thanks...

Sounds like the right time for an $18 Haynes Manual that will tell you how to access the back of the panel where this bulb is.
