Question Japanese model sun visor

Have an '07 Hybrid with many options. Japanese model (VIN starts with J). Pass. side sun visor broken off. Light gray velour, lighted mirror (light in headliner, not in visor), moon roof. Does anyone know if American models use the same visors (same connectors, etc.) as the Japanese models? Boneyard search provides a list with so many options, but no way to know how accurate their descriptions are. If I know that other year models are equivalent it would make the search a bit easier.

Not sure. Does it have the mirror (light in headliner)? Can't tell from description/drawing.

Rectangle area in item No 6 should be mirror.

Thanks. Now can you tell me why the Japanese model is 4 times the price of the US version? Does it mount differently?
